Founded in 2008 by Alexander Steffan, who serves as the founding Director, we began with development applications in the Logan City Council region. Alex is always taking on new challenges to gain approval for developments for his clients.

Brisbane born and based, he graduated from Griffith University and founded his own private consulting business. With a drive to succeed, he built Steffan Town Planning (STP) from the ground up to become one of the go-to town planning consultancies in Brisbane.
