Dimension 3 architects was established in 1997, the aim, primarily, to work closely with our clients on their most important and personal purchase, finding solutions to their specific challenge, and to provide a more than satisfactory outcome.

You deal direct from day one, ‘one-on-one’, with the Principal Architect throughout the entire project, from start to finish ….. giving us intimate knowledge of every aspect of your project.

We have over 25 years experience in Residential Architecture, completing over $70M of construction projects.

We use the latest ArchiCad 3D CAD software

Whilst the bulk of our work has been based in South-East Queensland, we have completed projects of various types, in Far North Queensland, Cardwell and Mission Beach.

We have worked on large scale residential projects of up to $4.5 for our overseas clients, requiring full Architectural Services both during design and construction stages.

We have experience in large scale Industrial Warehouse design, Multi- Storey Unit design, Medical Facilities, Townhouse and Duplex projects, along with extensive work on small scale residential estates and countless small and large scale renovations to existing homes.

We have established and administered Covenants controls for various residential estates throughout SE Queensland.

We provide detailed and accurate drawing documentation that allow our contractors to build with little room for error.

Stephan is also, at present, the ‘Secretary’ to the Gold Coast and Northern NSW region of the RAIA (Royal Australian Institute of Architects), which has been a great opportunity for me to be involved in this not-for-profit organization.

This has allowed Stephan to mix with a broader circle of my professionals, in Architecture, in Town Planning, University Education and other institutional bodies, such as the UDIA, The Planning Institute of Australia (PIA), and others.

In addition, Stephan has been able to assist in organising CPD events, Christmas Breakfast and the Gold Coast Awards Night for our members, and other events through the RAIA.
